Photos will be taken of each custom made item. Nena reserves the right to use photos for customer approvals and marketing purposes. The textile for your bag is not included and must be purchased separately. A textile number is required to place your order. Prices are subject to change. A pattern fee will be charged for silhouette changes and adjustments. The customer will be notified in advance if a pattern change is needed to fulfill their order. The pattern fee starts at $150. Changes aren't guaranteed. A minimum $40 order change fee will becharged for any changes one an order has been submitted and approved. Changes will cause significantproduction delays.
