Marketing Manager

Seeking an experienced and dynamic performance marketing leader with deep knowledge of managing search, shopping, paid social, programmatic and affiliate marketing for growing Nena & Co.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Oversee our social media accounts
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
  • Implement new strategies and run tests to optimize for high quality and high-volume traffic to our website
  • Drive maximum and brand appropriate ad coverage managing to efficient ROI
  • A deep understanding of managing, tracking and measuring both online and offline marketing programs.
  • Analytical experience and understanding around campaign optimization ROI
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization

What you Need for this Position

At Least 3 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of

  • B2C Demand Generation
  • Experience with Affiliate Marketing
  • Expert in end-to-end inbound marketing
  • Analytical approach to continuous improvement
  • SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Brightlocal, Lumen 5, HubSpot CRM
  • Strong leadership background and the ability to grow a team
