Nena's "It's Fit summer" yoga event

If you've been following along on Instagram, you may have seen that our team over at Nena HQ has been focusing on getting fit this summer! Every Thursday, we take a break from the office to participate in various, fun, booty kickin' workouts. One of our favorites so far was our yoga practice with our girl Kylie of @inspiredbyky on Instagram! 

We had a nice little set up in the corner of Ali's backyard, which made for a fun easy-going practice. (Exactly what we needed, considering we had three one-year-olds and a puppy in the mix! HA)

Towards the end of the practice, Kylie had everyone attempt handstands! To be honest, only a few of us were brave enough to give it a whirl. Those that did, crushed it! (Lookin' at you, Ali and David!)

Everyone had such a ZENtastic time! We are all hoping to incorporate more yoga into our individual workout routines...and maybe someday we'll all nail those handstands! (supposedly it's easier than it looks..? Fingers crossed over here!)
