Introducing Nena Made-To-Order
We are very excited to introduce "Nena Made To Order" as the program that will help you build handbags and accessories as unique as you! Please use the visual guide below to help you navigate the Made To Order process. Our first production spots open January 5th at 7am PT, with more dates to follow, and the terms and conditions will be available for you to review in the product page details. We are proud to use the highest quality handwoven textiles and full grain leather to ensure that the end result is a quality product that lasts for years to come. We can't wait to see what you come up with!
We highly recommend you use textiles that are already in Guatemala. If the customer has the textile or bag in their possession, as courtesy, we would be happy to send you a ship label for your bag to be shipped to our USA office which will then be held there until one of our staff members makes a site visit to our GUA facility. We do not make regularly scheduled visits to Guatemala so this may cause a delay in your Made to Order start time however we will release travel dates with deadlines to receive textiles as soon as we know them. Please note this courtesy is a limited time offer and may change in the future.
