Email Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Plot out and maintain email calendar; distribute weekly and communicate changes
  • Drive Optimization: growth through continuous testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization.
  • Responsible for segmentation, file health, forecasting, testing for daily batch and blast emails.
  • Collaborate with creative, site & CRM teams to improve effectiveness of email communication while adhering to brand guidelines priorities.
  • Develop creative briefs for all emails by season and kickoff all brief requests to the Creative team.
  • Work with buyers/ merchants to ensure products featured in emails are online and available for email campaigns.
  • QA-test emails across devices, coordinate feedback, and approve final drafts.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting initiatives by pulling data and populating into dashboards.
  • Ability to build out dashboard to share KPIs, learnings, and analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience
  • Understanding of email standards and regulations, tech stacks, file growth, deliverability.
  • Fluency in HTML
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop, and grow teams.
  • P&L or line of business management experience, core operational strength and the ability to make budget decisions to drive business success.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
